Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare Equipment
Disassemble the equipment if necessary and secure it in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, weights, and accessories are included.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and schedule a freight pickup for large machines or drop off smaller accessories at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
